Learn More About My ApproachMy path into psychology didn't begin in a therapy room.
It began while working with people struggling with gut health, hormonal concerns, and chronic stress. Again and again, I noticed something important.
Behind many physical symptoms were stories that had never been fully heard. Stories of anxiety. Emotional exhaustion. People carrying more than anyone around them realized.
I wanted to understand those stories better — and change the narrative if it impacted them negatively. That curiosity led me to pursue my Master's in Counselling Psychology.
Today, I help individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges with greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and resilience.
